Second and Mulberry Streets, Macon, Georgia. 2004 Historically, this has been the busiest pedestrian intersection in the city, with the county courthouse just to the right of the photograph. New paving, lighting and landscape material was used to enhance pedestrian safety and achieve an aesthetic fit of this busy space and its historic surroundings.
